Contacting the Webmaster

Peggy Taylor, the web secretary of scjbf.org, is in charge of making sure the the site itself is running correctly and that time-sensitive information is up to date on the unprotected (public) area of the site. 

In addition, Peggy is the primary contact for issues regarding the password-protected (database) areas of the site. She can relay problems* to the company providing webmaster-programmer services for their attention. In the event that Peggy is not available to address urgent issues, Regional Chairs have also been authorized to contact the programmers.

Other than these issues, nearly every inquiry we've received over the last several years has already been covered in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page:

• What happened to my student records from last year?
• I forgot my Teacher ID. How do I get it back?
• I forgot my password. How do I get it back?

* If it appears the program is not working properly, please provide as much specific information as you can (e.g., what menu item did you choose, which button did you click, what did the program do or not do that demonstrates the problem). The better you can describe it, the more likely the programmer can fix it.
