On October 19, 2011, the web server computer that hosts the SCJBF site experienced a catastrophic hard drive failure. While I was told that our site had been transferred to a server with automatic back-up, this was not the case -- the site host was waiting for our season to be finished before making that change.

I maintained a local back-up on my computer, but the most recent files I had were from February 10, 2011. Therefore, the records of any students or teachers who were registered after February 10 are lost and will have to be re-entered. For any branches which had their festivals before February 10, this data loss will have no impact. All teacher and student records from before that date appear to be intact.

The SCJBF site has now been transferred to a server that has daily incremental and weekly full back-up procedures automatically built in. Please use the "Contact Us" page to report any problems you experience with the site's operation. I apologize for the inconvenience.
